The Power of Walking (Away)!

This morning, I was feeling a bit overwhelmed with lots of ideas and things to do. Instead of getting right to work, I decided to go for a 45-minute walk, followed by a warm shower and breakfast.


I felt so great after, and everything fell into place neatly; priorities became more clear and most importantly, I began enjoying what I was doing.


Sometimes you have to walk away from things to get clarity and sometimes – you just have to go for a long walk!!
