I was having few things bugging me today:
– There were a couple of incidents that I felt I was not sensitive about and needed to resolve, but was unsure of how to go about it.
– There were a couple of collaboration follow-ups I had to do which were complicated.
I started by writing an email about one of the incidents I was insensitive about. With the second one, I sent loving prayers and good wishes.
Once I had done the above, I felt so energetic and free that I was able to follow up on the complicated collaboration with relative ease.
I learned that by removing toxicity, you invite creativity!
