There’s an important difference between giving up and letting go.” ~Jessica Hatchigan
For many of us, letting go can be difficult; It can also be liberating, however. You will find things linger on after you ‘let go’. This is because old habits – whether emotional, mental or physical – can be hard to break. In some sense, it is a loss of security for us, no matter how unhelpful or useless it is. When that happens, go back to the foundation of why you have let go. The stronger the foundation, the easier and quicker the shed off period. You will find, that in the end, you are a stronger, freer person because of it.
What have you had to let go of, that you found very difficult in the past?

It is the hardest thing – but it's also the most freeing and satisfying. It takes time, and sometimes it may even take practice. The act itself is letting the universe know that you are growing and learning.
Thats the hardest thing to do. Blaming ourselves for a mistake. 🙁
