Not every decision you make will be easy or popular. However, if you have made a decision after much thought and reflection, then execution is the name of the game.
You do not have to be mean or negative or rude on how you go about it. Being positive but firm is fine. Not easy to achieve that balance.
Do your best to be gracious, positive and compassionate. This way your decision does not lead to negative energy.
