Surrounding yourself with smart people uplifts your game. I have seen my son Tawfiq uplift his soccer game when he plays with superior players. I have also seen him slip to mediocrity when playing with players below his level.
We all tend to fall in a similar trap whether we realize it or not. If you want to move your game or business a notch up, surround yourself with smarter people. They will challenge and engage you.
Sometimes their approach may be unsettling, however, it is this kind of engagement that takes you away from the comfort zone.
