Time, Energy and Emotion

How you manage your time, energy and emotion determines your productivity, success and happiness.

Despite numerous books, articles and training programs, I still find people across the world are poor time managers.

In terms of energy, there are some who derive enormous energy from exercise and meditation. Those who do not exercise or meditate are not as energetic as those who do.

Emotions on the other hand get in the way of our confidence in following through with our goals as well as sap our energy because we carry a hurt for hours on end and sometimes for years!
