Last week, I had the pleasure of speaking to a group of people from Syria, while I was in Dubai
I generally begin my seminars by asking people about some of the challenges that they face; this is what I did with the group in Dubai. Many of the challenges fell into the following categories: Time management, balance, job satisfaction, finding a life partner, starting a business, stress and exhaustion, how to advance a career, how to inspire children and the younger generation, and how to make the right choices in life.
I have spoken around the world to many different groups and nationalities, and no matter what I find that the challenges we all face, are similar. Rumi put it perfectly, when he explained, “We are all fellow travelers in the journey of life, facing the same seasons of life”. So true!
No matter where you come from, we are ultimately all “One”. Therein lies our unity.

Admiring the dedication you put into your blog and detailed information you present. It’s good to come across a blog every once in a while that isn’t the same old rehashed information. Great read! I’ve saved your site and I’m adding your RSS feeds to my Google account.
