The ultimate sophistication

Leonardo Da Vinci once said, “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.”

This point becomes even more valid in a time when we are constantly bombarded with a clutter of information, choices, and responsibilities. It is no doubt then that we find life overwhelming.

But life can actually be very simple if we learn to focus our attention on the essentials.

Here are four tips to simplify your life:

a. Build healthy relationships with important people in your life – children, spouse, partner, close colleagues and clients

b. Do important things first – make sure you have time for exercise, quiet time, family time, reading and relationship building

c. Celebrate small successes

d. Count your blessings
