2. Recall your best holiday and spend a few minutes immersed in that wonderful memory.
3. Listen to your favorite upbeat song and let the music rejuvenate you.
4. Get active – move: Go for a walk or do some stretching or deep breathing or yoga.
5. Do a good deed in thought or action.
6. Write down the root issue that is making you feel down so you can take action on the real reason and not on the symptoms.
7. Write your Wow goals for today and use the list to focus on what you want.
