Transparency

Transparency has become necessary as teams at work seek the truth. It builds trust and eliminates the unknowns and brings clarity to where the company is heading and what challenges it is going through.

In some situations being transparent makes you vulnerable, however, it leads discussions to the next level and to subsequent breakthroughs.

If you are authentic and have valuable experiences to share there is no reason to hide.
