Whatever you are finding hard to do on a regular basis, try doing that first thing in the morning.
I find exercising gets left behind for me if I don’t do it first thing in the morning.
However, if I exercise first thing in the morning then not only does it get done, but I also create a lot of energy to apply to other parts of my life.
