If you are one of those people who operates from the busy lane of life, being on the go could be your norm. You work at high speed on the stress treadmill and catching up is an endless exercise.
Instead of working non-stop, I recommend taking small breaks during the day where you do nothing, just meditate or take a blank sheet of paper and write down the following:
1. If there is only one thing you can complete today and nothing else what would that one thing be?
2. If there are only two things that you can complete today and nothing else what would those two things be?
3. If there are only three things you can complete today and nothing else what would those three things be?
Then spend the bulk of your time completing the above three things with excellence.
