Why is meditation such a big deal? After all, presumably, all you are doing is sitting quietly and doing nothing!

Here is why it is a big deal:

– perspective on life
– Insights
– helps you manage your emotions better
– strengthens your immune system
– enhances ability to respond instead of react
– let go of negative thoughts faster
– increases ability to focus
– improves sleep quality
– lessens anxiety

So instead of asking why meditation, let us start asking why not meditation?
