One Extra Call!

To take your game to the next level sometimes you need to make small consistent changes.

For instance, making one extra customer call every single day before going home would result in 5 extra calls a week; 20 extra calls every month, and 240 extra calls per year! Would that impact results? You bet!

Where do you find time to make that one extra call? Switch a less important job with making one extra customer call or aim to finish all other tasks 15 minutes earlier to allow you to make that one extra call.

Doing one extra call is not difficult and drop by drop you will fill the bucket. It does not mean you do not look for big wins. Of course, you do. But do not ignore the little extra. A little extra every day amounts to a huge outcome over a year!
