It is hard to say “No” to business that comes your way.
How do you decide whether something is worth taking on or not?
Some will say ‘pick a lane’ and say no to everything else. Others will say ‘stick to what you know’. Both pieces of advice are valid.
For me, however, the time to say “No” is when I cannot add value for a client. When I can no longer contribute to the growth of a business or individual, I know that it is time to step away and for them to start exploring other options.
