Highly Successful & Balanced Leaders

Some of the ingredients I have noticed in highly successful and balanced leaders are:
– having a burning desire to achieve something specific 
– giving daily, focused attention towards that burning desire
– developing and inspiring a team
– having mastermind partners to bounce ideas off of
– always going the extra mile with family, clients, colleagues and humanity service
– having a method of positive, weekly accountability for self and team
– always aspiring to go the next level, and at the same time counting their blessings
– focusing on a tight set of priorities 
The above habits seem simple to implement but as the late Jim Rohn would say: “What is simple to do, is also simple not to do!”
