Calm and Composed!

Are you able to keep calm and composed when there are many moving parts and complications in your life? Being calm and composed is an intuitive reflection that you believe that things will work out.

If you are not good at the art of keeping calm under pressure,  you probably know someone who is. When you are in a situation of stress ask yourself what would that calm person that you know do in the situation you are in. Just thinking about that calm person will trigger a similar response from you.

When you are calm and composed you are able to navigate your way out of complications.
