There are many people who take the approach of thinking: what is the minimum I should give; and how can I get away with the least contribution or service? These are people who we call ordinary.
Then, there are other sets of people who believe in the power of a little extra, of being more than fair in all their dealings. These people become more valuable in the eyes of their customers, employers, family, friends and community.
When a client, partner or family member says to you, “it is more than fair” — then you know that you are onto something special.
That phrase says that you are trustworthy, that you give more than is ordinary, and that you will be fair in all your dealings.
