What you do that counts!

There will be some days when everything goes your way and life is easy. There will be other days when everything seems to go against you and life is tough. The reality is, it does not matter which day you are experiencing. What matters is how you are processing what is happening to you and the actions you take.  

When you are having a tough day, the key is to keep calm and not panic. For example if you are having a slow start to the day you can say to yourself: it is not how you start the day that counts, it is how you finish the day that counts!  

You could have an easy day and you can take it easy without achieving much. Or you can have a tough day and be on your toes, transforming each minus into a plus.
At the end of the day it is not what happens to you that counts, but what you do with it!
