If you have ever written your thoughts or journaled in the past, go back and review them.
You will notice some interesting observations including:
– certain things keep recurring in your life because you have not dealt with them adequately
– clarity around why you have made certain decisions and you will be peaceful with your decisions
– you will get a nudge to implement some things that you have been postponing.
Journaling regularly is a great habit. If you have not had this habit and find it difficult to implement it, then the next best thing is to at least periodically write your thoughts down and do the exercise above.
