Everyone has a certain paradigm in which they see the world. That paradigm will be different from yours.
It will be frustrating for you to see how different it is. By the same token, the other person sees you in the same light – so different from hers or his.
Does this mean you do not work with these people if you have a choice? Far from it! Diversity is a strength, not a weakness. Difference is a starting point of synergy and invites creativity. No difference, no synergy!
If you have a common goal, trust between each other and mutual respect, difference and diversity can be a strength!
