Facing Facts Squarely

When things are not working optimally, the best way to address the challenge is to face the facts squarely. This requires an objective approach, not an emotional one.

Usually emotions color our judgement, leading to decisions which are not clearly thought out or based on reality. This can lead to counter-productive activities.

Once the facts are clearly laid out, clarity emerges, thereby leading to appropriate action.
