Lack of Sleep

When you do not have enough quality and quantity of sleep, your body will tell you. You will feel lethargic, tired, sleepy! 

Your productivity will diminish, your sharpness curtailed leading towards a lose-lose proposition – lack of sleep and lack of good work. 

Plan for a good night sleep if you want your next day to be productive and fulfilling. Do not mislead yourself to believe that you are saving time by sleeping less.
