“Positive thinking will let you do everything better than negative thinking will.” Zig Ziglar
Research now shows that positive thinking does much more than giving you a good smile. It actually can change the way you interpret events around you and helps you to build skills that can create your desired outcome.
Professor Martin Seligman, an American psychologist famous for his work on learned optimism emphasizes happiness rather than success. He describes optimism as the way that people interpret what happens to them and how they think about a positive or negative event in their lives. His extensive research across a number of sectors and industries indicates that people who have an optimistic mindset achieve more positive outcomes than those with a negative mindset.
Positive people are people who find a solution to every problem. Negative people, on the other hand, are people who find a problem in every solution. Positive people are much more driven to overcome barriers to success and have the energy to persevere until their desired outcome is achieved. While negative people internalize failure and usually stop trying.
