Observe!

Observe your life and see things you never saw before. Start today!

When you observe your life:

1. You come to know yourself better. Knowing yourself is a lifelong process. Lao Tzu said “He who knows others is wise. He who knows himself is enlightened.” Observation enables one to know oneself better.
2. Evaluate your actions and behaviour compared to your goals. Our actions and behaviours are usually not what we think they are. Our cursory viewing of our life does not reveal reality. Observation highlights it!
3. You become focused on what is most important to you. By observation, you heighten your awareness and shift your behaviour towards what you want.

Before you go to sleep tonight observe what did you do today that made:

– a positive impact
– you give more than you were required to do
– someone happy

By doing this exercise not only will you attract the power of giving but you will also improve your observation capability.
