Momentum!

Momentum is not easy to create. A lot of things have to align before you gain momentum. It takes discipline focus and some luck to create this momentum. 

However, when you establish momentum there is an influx of energy, creativity, and speed. In this state, a lot can be achieved. However, if you let up and allow the momentum to slow or stop, it takes a huge amount of energy to rekindle the fire.
