Before going to bed, write three things you want to complete the next day, which if you complete, will make your day feel like a Wow! Also, start your day with the Hour of Power – 20 minutes of exercise, 20 minutes of meditation, and 20 minutes of reading something uplifting!
After completing your hour of power, give yourself a head start and get cracking on your three most important to do items.
However, if for some reason you have a poor start to the morning, don’t panic. Regroup at mid day with an uninterrupted meeting with yourself and plan the rest of your day to ensure you complete the three list items you had planned to complete from the previous night.
This approach will lead you to finish your day strong. Because, at the end of the day, what counts is not just how you start but how you finish!
