Angels come in many shapes and forms. Sometimes they come in your life as mentors, coaches, teachers, friends, family. At other times they come as people who are difficult to deal with and those who have an outlook very different from yours.
The inspiration that comes from mentors and teachers is understandable because they make a difference to our life. My late partner and mentor Harold Karro came in my life when I was starting out in Canada at the age of 27. He gave me a job, made me his partner and eventually let me take over the business all the while mentoring and coaching me to learn the craft. There are many who cross our path in small or big ways and create an impact. It is important to acknowledge and appreciate these people to attract more of them in your life.
People who are difficult to deal with and those who have an outlook very different from ours are important in our life because we learn different ways of doing things from them and perhaps see some value in it which can enhance our way of working.
If we keep an open mind the overall result can be that we are able to create strength and unity from diversity leading to synergy and far superior results.
