Keeping calm is to tell yourself, and believe, that you are in control; that you are confident about the outcome. This leads you to divert your energy toward finding a resolution instead of worrying yourself to a dead end.

Keeping calm under pressure is to announce to the world, and to yourself, that a positive solution is a certainty!
