Keeping Calm

Are you able to keep calm when there are many moving parts and complications in your life? Your calmness and composure is an intuitive reflection that you believe that things will work out.

If you are not good at the art of keeping calm under pressure,  you probably know someone who is. When you are in the situation of stress ask yourself what would that calm person that you know to do in the situation you are in. Amazingly just thinking about that calm person will trigger a similar response from you or some ideas of how you can switch gear from anxiety to peace.

When you are calm you think better, you are composed and able to navigate your way out of the complications.
