When you take a flight for 14 hours (such as going from Seattle to Dubai) it seems like an eternity! You sleep, you eat, you work, you watch a movie, read the papers, watch TV, work, sleep again, go to the bathroom several times and yet, when you look at your watch, you still have a few more hours left. It seems amazing!
Then you ask a question: how come this does not happen every day when you are not on a flight?
The answer is, the many interruptions you have daily. On a flight there are minimal interruptions.
The key to avoiding interruptions is the key to creating more time in your life every day!
