The month of Ramadhan has started which means fasting for a month for all Muslims across the world. You fast from sunrise to sunset.
Some wonder how is it possible to have a productive month without food and water?
For me the month of fasting is the most productive month because I have minimum food distractions, coffee habit is gone and after five days it becomes almost a routine to wake up before sunrise to meditate and eat and then spend a focused day of work.
The key to productivity during fasting is waking up early and having a hearty breakfast and meditating before sunrise!
