Doing your Homework!

Before placing a call to a client or challenging an invoice or any other matter of importance to you, spend some time doing your homework.

Once you have done your homework and know your facts well, you will be able to discuss with confidence and poise.

It is surprising that many people jump into conversations without proper understanding of the issues that are relevant thereby ending up with less than they deserve.

A little homework goes a long way; adequate homework seals the deal!
