“How Can I Make True Impact in the World?” If you’re asking this question and aren’t sure where to begin, your journey to significance begins here!

Breathing!

Good habits are hard to form. They take time, energy and discipline. The purpose of the habit needs to be strong as you will need to persist long enough. Henry Ford once said: “Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off your goals.”

The hard part is to get started and to keep going when things get tougher. I started brisk walking regularly at around 5.30 am early morning after my meditation. Some days it was dark, other days freezing cold or raining. It was difficult to keep going. But somehow I managed to overcome the periodic challenges. Now, it is a habit almost like brushing my teeth or driving cruise control or dare I say sometimes as natural as breathing!
