Authenticity and Transparency

When you base your relationships (business or otherwise) on authenticity and transparency, you create a strong foundation.

You encourage others in your team to do the same too. Not everyone will follow your example, but it will not be long before you can determine who the people you would like to work with are.

You can build around that foundation. However, if you start your relationships based on suspicion and false assertions, you encourage others to do the same. This creates a weak foundation leading to a poor outcome.

For long term sustainable success there is no short-cut other than being transparent and authentic.
