*Every night, write three goals you want to accomplish the next day and invest the bulk of your day toward these three goals (at least till 2 p.m.). Then you can zoom through other things after 2 p.m.
*Start your first hour of the morning with the hour of power: 20 minutes exercise, 20 minutes quiet time, 20 minutes reading something uplifting.
*Invest regularly in your important relations—children, spouse, parents, business partners, colleagues and customers.
*Budget your time and track your time, at least from a big-picture perspective.
*Create meaningful rituals with your colleagues at work and family at home.
*Define what a successful week looks like. Define what a successful next day looks like.
*Celebrate success so you are inspired to achieve more success.
*Create the synergy of body, mind and spirit, and watch out for the signs the universe is giving you.
