Are you able to keep calm within your life’s many moving parts and complications? Your calmness and composure is an intuitive reflection that you believe things will work out.

If you are not good at the art of keeping calm under pressure, you probably know someone who is. When you are in a situation of stress ask yourself, ‘what would that calm person you know do in a situation like this? Amazingly, just thinking about that calm individual will trigger a similar response. As a minimum, it will spur some ideas of how you can switch gears from anxiety to peace.

When you are calm you think better; you’re more composed and able to navigate your way out of complications.
