Your awareness decides your focus

If you have ever written your thoughts or journaled in the past, go back and review them. You will notice some interesting observations including:

– certain things keep recurring in your life because you have not dealt with them adequately

– clarity around why you have made certain decisions

– you will get a nudge to implement some things that you have been postponing.

The key is to journal as things happen otherwise you lose depth and clarity and specifics. It takes a little extra effort but worth it.
