The early morning

For me, an early morning start is a great boost to the day. Before the world wakes up in my part of the world, I usually have done a days work!  

After I wake up, there are certain rituals I practice:  
 
– meditation
– recite loudly my vision, mission, values 
– read my 90 day goals and plan my day accordingly (if not already done the night before)
– write my blog and few tweets
– reading 
– exercise routines vary between early morning or end of the day
– then I begin executing my goals 
 
If I wake up late, I end up playing catch up all day. How about you?
