Start to Finish!

Even when you follow a strict schedule and are disciplined about it, you will experience that every day will not be the same. Some days will run more smoothly than others.

When you are having a slow day, the key is not to panic or get frustrated. Instead remain calm, cool and collected. By so doing, you are giving a signal that you will bounce back before the day ends. With these thoughts, you actually invite in circumstances that lead to a turn-around.

It is not just how you start the day that matters, but also how you end. A runner may get a great start, but can still lose the race.

Success is not a sprint, but rather, a marathon!
