Quick Fixes

There are no quick fixes – habits do not change overnight. Plan for the longer term if you want to create a habit shift.

Good habits take time and energy to manifest. Ask yourself why you want to change something – set an intention right from the start.  The “why” has to be strong because sustaining the habit will be difficult.  When you encounter a day that is difficult, remember your intention and strengthen your resolve.  Keeping the eye on the goal and purpose will be the key to success.
