Help Yourself

Many of you help others in your life – aging parents, young children, teams that you lead. Some people become so focused on helping others that they forget themselves. Mothers are good example of that. They worry about everyone else, but forget themselves. The reality is that you cannot help others effectively if you do not help yourself. If you do not carve out time for your health, spirituality and mental fitness, you end up having less energy to give out.
