Focus!

A high performance Leader is one who has learned the art of focus.

When you are able to focus on things that matter most, the other trivial things take care of themselves. Having a focus is a byproduct of purpose. The clearer your purpose in life, the more focused you will be.

Be a disciplined worker.  Figure out which parts of the day are the really creative hours for you. Early morning is my most creative time, this is the time when I do my writing and thinking. My co-author Dr Nido Qubein has all his meetings in the afternoon, because afternoons are less productive for him. Richard Branson, the billionaire entrepreneur wakes up at 5 am to work out, which he believes boosts his productivity significantly. He shares he definitely can achieve twice as much by keeping fit, for it keeps his brain functioning well.

SPARK is a function of focusing on the vital few not the trivial many!
