I asked a very successful businessman during a seminar the following question: If he could rewind the clock and do it all over again what would he change in his business and personal life?

He replied he would not work as hard in his business and spend more time with his family. He regretted not doing that. The amazing thing was that the other business people in the room who were all striving to become like this very successful businessman had to ask themselves: “Do we want to achieve what this man has achieved only to regret it later”?

You do not want to chase something all your life only to realize that what you were chasing is not what you really wanted.

Persist as much as you like but make sure your persistence is enlightened.
