Early Morning!

Whatever you are finding hard to do on a regular basis, try doing that first thing in the morning. My friend Robin Sharma wrote the book “5 AM Club” where he illustrates that successful people wake up early to get a head start to life. My co-author Brian Tracy wrote the book “Eat that Frog” where he encourages you to do what is the hardest thing to do (eat a frog!) first thing in the morning.

If you want to join the successful people do what Robin and Brian
recommend: wake up early and do the difficult/important things first thing in the morning.

I find exercising gets left behind for me if I don’t do it first thing in the morning. However, if I exercise first thing in the morning then not only does it get done but also I create a lot of energy to apply to other parts of my life.

How about you? What do you find hardest to do? Schedule it first thing in the morning even if it means waking up an hour earlier and see how your productivity is enhanced.
