Letting things slide, only complicates matters. Attending to things right away shows that you are decisive and confident.

It does not mean you do not explore options. Of course, you do. However, once you have done your due diligence then you have to move. If people offer a reasonable alternative you will be open-minded.

However, once you make up your mind about something, then execution is the name of the game!
