Acceptance

Acceptance of the now is the foundation for tranquility and peace. Once you become at peace with what is, you have clarity of mind to deal with the challenge at hand.

It is not easy to achieve this state. One of the ways to get better at it is by catching yourself complaining. And ask yourself: If my natural reaction is to complain, am I truly practicing acceptance?

Acceptance of what is, diffuses the issue, giving you the clarity to take action toward your desired goals.

Carl Jung once said, “What you resist not only persists but will grow in size.” So, the more you resist what is, the more you attract what is.

To conclude: If you want what you get, you can work your way toward getting what you want.
