– exercise
– good nutrition
– quality time with family
– expressing love and appreciation to your close ones
– engaging in lifelong learning
– coaching & mentoring
– building capacity
-succession planning
– goal setting

Procrastinating is a not bad habit when you procrastinate:

– watching TV
– getting angry
– blaming others
– overeating
-being lazy
– smoking
-taking harmful drugs

Do not sweat procrastinating the unimportant!
