Uplifting You

If you are having a bad day with some mishaps such as people lying to you and giving you a run around you can uplift yourself pretty quickly. How?

Do three things:

1. Write what you are grateful for?

2. Write your Wow goals for today?

3. Get cracking on taking action to achieve your Wow goals for the day!

Once you do the above your focus shifts from what you do not want to what you want!
