Yes, it is a bad habit if you are procrastinating to:

– Exercise
– Have proper nutrition
– Have quality family time
– Express love and appreciation
– Read
– Engage in Lifelong Learning
– Coach & Mentor your team
– Goal set with your team
– Be coached & mentored
– Be focused
– Prioritize
– Be Grateful
– Count your blessings

No, it is not a bad habit if you are procrastinating to:

– Watch TV
– Get angry
– Blame others
– Be lazy
– Overeat
– Gossip
– Sulk
– Swear
– Smoke
– Drink alcohol
– Take harmful drugs

In other words, procrastination is a bad habit if you procrastinate the important. On the other hand, procrastinating is not a bad habit if you procrastinate the unimportant.

Do not sweat procrastinating the unimportant. However, with the important, what you can do tomorrow, do it today.

Have clarity of what is important and what is not important. Then get into action on what is important, pronto!
